Take the pretty drive down a small and shady lane to discover this magnificient Manoir overlooking the Vézère valley. Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday in the most peaceful of surroundings. The 26 Hectares of this private estate are home to the beautiful "Manoir de Coste Perrier" and its converted barns called "Les Marquises", that have been specially designed for family gatherings and friends' parties up to 14 people.

The two buildings, Marquise Left Wing and Marquise Right Wing, are separated by a large wooden door. They can be rented together or separately.

Every detail is luxurious: large bedrooms ensuite, large Epeda beds, fine linen and towels, silk/velours bed covers and decoration, mohagany and teak furniture, hand painted plates, fully equiped kitchens, Satellite TV, DVD player, High speed Internet via Wifi, etc.

In Spring and Autumn, we also organize some "Foie Gras cuisine trainings" open to couples or bachelors.

The "Manoir" and the two "Marquises" have a large common area including :

	Large swimming pool 6x15m (heated at 26°C).
	Small swimming pool 3x3m for children (heated at 26°C).
	Sunlounges, chairs and parasols.

The swimming pool areas is completely fenced and secure, ensuring that children cannot access the area unaccompanied.

At your disposal are also:

Currency converter

The buildings can be rented separately or together.

The buildings can be rented on short periods (WE or 3-4 days), upon request and according to the period.

Inclusive : electricity, heating, water, swimming pool cleaning, Linen (changed every week), full cleaning after your departure.

Not included : phone, breakfast (upon request at an additional cost of 15 Euros / Person / Day).

The swimming pool is heated from June to Septembre at 26°C.

Arrivals take place on Saturday as from 5:00 PM, departure on Saturday next before 10:00 AM.

You can book via Internet using our "booking form"

For your reservation to be confirmed, you must make a 25% initial payment:

1 -	by credit card VISA or MASTERCARD (if you choose this option, we will wend you an e.mail with a link to the secured website of our bank).
2 -	by bank transfer (if you choose this option, we will send you an e.mail with our bank details, and all the transfer cost must be born by you).

Upon receipt we will send you the booking contract for you to sign.

The final payment will have to take place one month beofre the arrival date.

A 20% guarantee must be paid before the arrival, and will be refunded within 15 days after departure.
